1.KaiCenat

  • Followers in 2026: 20,250,000
  • Percentage change: 9.09%

In 2025, Kai Cenat made his debut in our top 10 thanks to a spectacular 85.57% increase in his follower count compared with 2024. Now, he has reached another major milestone by climbing from third place to first, dethroning none other than Ibai Llanos himself. This was made possible by a 9.09% increase in followers, the biggest gain in this edition, bringing him to 20.25 million.

This streamer began his journey on social media back in 2017, creating short sketches, Vines, and funny videos. He now has legions of fans across multiple platforms, with Twitch standing out in particular. His livestreams have featured celebrities such as Nicki Minaj, and Kai has collaborated with major brands, becoming the first streamer to sign with Nike.

2. Ibai

  • Followers in 2026: 19,850,000
  • Percentage change: 0.25%

Ibai Llanos, known simply as Ibai, drops from first place to second after being overtaken by Kai Cenat, but he continues to add to his follower base, growing from 19.8 million to 19.85 million.

The streamer has carved out a major place for himself in the world of esports. He now has his own esports team; he has launched a new 7-a-side soccer competition with rules that break from convention and includes both men’s and women’s teams; and he has interviewed leading figures from the worlds of sports, music, and even esports itself.

Last summer, he held La Velada del Año V and, by the time it ended, Ibai had reached 19,687,595 followers, becoming the most-followed streamer on Twitch at that moment. During the event, the streamer also broke the platform’s record for the most-watched livestream by recording 9.33 million devices connected simultaneously.

2.Ninja

  • Followers in 2026: 19,260,000
  • Percentage change: 0.31%

Richard Tyler Blevins, known in the digital world as Ninja, is an American gamer who, by August 2019, had reached the top spot as the most-followed user on the Twitch platform, with more than 14 million followers that year.

The streamer had managed to stay at the top until 2025, when he was overtaken by Ibai. This year, he falls to a still very respectable third place. He has now surpassed 19.26 million followers, growing by 0.31% compared with the 2025 ranking. Most of his streams focus on playing Fortnite.

4. AuronPlay

In fourth place, we find Raúl Álvarez Genes, or rather AuronPlay. The famous streamer has more than 17.01 million followers on Twitch, representing a 0.89% increase compared with 2025. He is also one of the most-followed Spanish YouTubers.

This is thanks to content focused on video games, as well as his personality and satirical, critical, and sarcastic commentary. His videos have become memes on several occasions, and he is always looking to blend his humor with his gaming content.

5. Rubius

  • Followers in 2026: 16,410,000
  • Percentage change: 3.90%

It could be said that Rubius, whose real name is Rubén Doblas Gundersen, is one of the pioneers in the world of content creation, since he was one of the first to achieve fame not only nationally but around the world. In fact, he is considered a benchmark in gamer content creation. In addition, when it comes to livestreaming on Twitch, he was also one of the first to jump onto the platform, alongside other major Spanish streamers such as Illojuan.

Rubius found success because his fresh, humorous content broke the mold of the gaming videos commonly seen on YouTube, where most creators only talked about the main features of the games. In this edition, he holds onto his spot in our ranking, and his follower count continues to rise, reaching 16.41 million.

6.xQc

  • Followers in 2026: 12,490,000
  • Percentage change: 3.23%

Félix Lengyel rises from seventh to sixth place in the ranking and increases his follower count by 3.23%, coming close to 12.5 million. This French-Canadian streamer rose to prominence thanks to the game Overwatch. These days, he no longer competes in professional tournaments, and in early 2022 he drew attention during a social experiment in which Reddit users were allowed to place a single pixel on a shared artwork.

He is very well known in both the English-speaking and Spanish-speaking communities because of his “rivalry” with Rubius. They have spoken live on numerous occasions and often joke about which one is the better streamer. They have even mentioned, with plenty of laughs, the possibility of fighting at Ibai’s La Velada del Año.

7. TheGrefg

  • Followers in 2026: 12,290,000
  • Percentage change: 0.72%

TheGrefg began his life as a content creator in 2012, when he was just 15 years old, with videos focused on Modern Warfare 3. He is now the seventh most-followed streamer on Twitch (12.29 million), after dropping one position in this edition.

He set a Guinness World Record for the highest number of concurrent viewers on a Twitch stream, reaching 2,468,668 viewers on the day he unveiled his own Fortnite skin. He usually creates a variety of content, although he is especially known within the community for this battle royale video game.

8.Juansguarnizo

  • Followers in 2026: 11,670,000
  • Percentage change: 1.01%

Holding steady in the No. 8 spot, with a modest 1.01% increase in followers, we find Juan Sebastián Guarnizo, a Colombian known on Twitch as Juansguarnizo. He is a graphic designer and shares his art on the platform, but he also streams video game content. At times, he has been surrounded by controversy because of the temperament he shows when responding to hateful comments he receives during his broadcasts. He has a total of 11.67 million followers.

9.Tfue

  • Followers in 2026: 11,530,000
  • Percentage change: 2.05%

Turner Ellis Tenney, known as Tfue and American by nationality, is a professional player specializing in Fortnite Battle Royale. After a rough streak of losing followers, this time he managed to bounce back and post a 2.05% increase, bringing him to 11.53 million.

In recent years, with the evolution of social media, we have seen the rise of the streamer era, a term used to identify gaming influencers who show themselves in real time while commenting on gameplay with other users who are connected, at that very moment, on the same platform. Although many of them also simply go live to “chat” with their community.

Today, they are a figure that has gained increasing weight when it comes to brands, since they generate a great deal of influence over their viewers. As you can see, this ranking includes a large number of Spanish-speaking streamers, and that presence seems to keep growing. How far will they go in the coming years?
