In the last years, we have witnessed significant growth within the e-commerce ecosystem, bringing along new ways of selling. One of these formats is live streaming commerce, a modality born in the Asian market that has rapidly expanded internationally. The keys to its success: its interactive proposal and the added value in terms of the user experience.

Live streaming commerce consists of using media and streaming platforms to promote products and make sales. It’s almost like home shopping ads, but with the significant difference that it establishes interactive communication with the consumer, which proves very useful for an eCommerce to foster engagement and improve customer loyalty. That’s why we have analyzed different tools and selected the top 9 that you should consider if you want to venture into the world of live commerce.

A ranking of the best live commerce tools

As in 2022, this year we have carried out an evaluation of ecommtech tools with the help of several specialists in different areas of marketing and eCommerce (this time there were 35 jurors, two more than in the previous edition).

This voting process was carried out for our Ecommtech Guide 2023, which you can download for free. There you will find the best tools from 25 different verticals and the names of the jurors.

In this way, in each top we will determine two lists: the top 10 (or less) tools best rated by experts (among which we highlight some editorial recommendations by Marketing4Commerce with the symbol 🥇) and other tools that you should also consider, or at least have identified on the map. Therefore, the first list will be in voting order and the second will be in alphabetical order.

That said, let’s get down to business😉

Similar to a Twitch channel (also owned by Amazon), presenters showcase the product’s qualities to the live audience. Viewers can purchase the products directly through the thumbnails that appear at the bottom of the screen. A side chat allows interaction between users and sellers.
