To carry out its list of the best companies to work for in Mexico, the employment platform took into consideration different factors to facilitate decision-making. First, it considered the progression and advancement of the people employed in these companies, analyzing the skills acquired by employees during their stay.

Likewise, they pointed out that those companies that dismissed 10% of their personnel between January 1, 2022 and the launching date of this list, or those with a turnover higher than 10%, did not qualify in the final ranking.
