From artificial intelligence assistants and robots capable of understanding natural language to smart homes, autonomous vehicles, and even an intelligent LEGO brick, the variety is immense.

Lenovo has introduced Qira, its personal AI super-agent named the Personal Ambient Intelligence System, which pledges seamless continuity across Lenovo and Motorola devices. This hybrid agent, designed with a focus on privacy, will be rolled out over the course of the year on devices such as the ThinkPad T14s Gen 6, Yoga Slim 9i, and tablets via Lenovo AI Now. It is also integrated with Microsoft Copilot+ for enterprise solutions.
Unlike traditional assistants, Qira is not confined to merely responding to questions or executing basic commands. It is designed as a proactive agent, capable of understanding the user’s context, learning from one’s routines, and coordinating complex actions across applications, devices, and corporate services.
Among its key features are the automatic organization of calendars, intelligent email management, generation of document summaries, task prioritization, and workflow automation. All of this is delivered with particular emphasis on the professional sector, where Lenovo clearly identifies an opportunity to enhance productivity and reduce friction in daily technology use.
LEGO has been one of the standout surprises at CES 2026 with the debut of its smart brick—a new kind of piece that integrates traditional physical play with advanced digital capabilities.
This brick incorporates sensors, connectivity, and response systems that enable LEGO constructions to interact with their environment and with mobile applications. The result is gameplay experiences that react to movement, external stimuli, or specific user actions, thus expanding creative possibilities far beyond static assembly.
The company has explained that this development is geared both towards entertainment and learning, with particular emphasis on areas such as logic, basic programming, and problem-solving. It constitutes a further step in LEGO’s strategy to integrate digital technology without abandoning its physical essence, while adapting to new generations accustomed to hybrid experiences.
Samsung has arrived in Las Vegas with the objective of transforming its ecosystem of devices into an intelligent companion that supports users throughout their lives. Under the motto “Your Life Companion (with AI),” the brand demonstrated how artificial intelligence will serve as the element that connects and unifies its entire product portfolio.
The proposal involves a deep integration among smartphones, televisions, home appliances, wearables, and connected home devices. Thanks to artificial intelligence, these products do not merely communicate with each other; they also learn from user habits in order to anticipate one’s needs.
Practical examples include homes that automatically adjust energy consumption, home appliances that optimize their operation based on usage patterns, or screens that recommend content according to context. In this way, Samsung is committed to a smoother and more personalized experience, with technology operating almost invisibly in the background.
Robotics is playing a central role at CES, almost to the same extent as artificial intelligence—often in tandem. Several models were unveiled, but particular emphasis is placed on Boston Dynamics’ enhanced models (a company owned by Hyundai).
This company, specialized in robots for industrial applications, has integrated Gemini technology into its prototypes: Atlas—which walks upright like a human, weighs 89 kilograms, stands 1.5 meters tall, and can lift 11 kilograms—and Spot, a four-legged robot. These advancements enable the robots to understand regular commands such as “bring me that red box.” As a result, they can assist at home or in factories without the need for a human to program every step.
Robert Playter, CEO of Boston Dynamics, highlights the generalist scalability of the robots, which would shift from functioning with rigid programming to simulating human interaction. However, it is still a project that will not be realized before 2028.
Nvidia has once again taken center stage at CES with the introduction of Alpamayo, a new artificial intelligence model designed specifically for the development of autonomous vehicles.
Alpamayo is trained to process vast amounts of data from sensors, cameras, and radars, enabling vehicles to interpret their surroundings with greater precision. It covers pedestrian recognition, traffic signs, weather conditions, and unpredictable behaviors of other drivers within its field of capabilities.
The company also announced the launch of AlpaSim, a complementary model that allows developers to train autonomous driving systems within closed environments. This tool is especially designed for rare scenarios on the road. During the demonstration, Jensen Huang explained that the system goes beyond interpreting sensor data or actuating the steering, brakes, and accelerator: it is also capable of reasoning out its decisions before executing them.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA model will be the first vehicle to incorporate all these tools.
Hisense unveiled Hisense ConnectLife, its intelligent home ecosystem solution, which aims to unify televisions, home appliances, and connected devices within a coherent and user-friendly experience.
The brand’s strategy centers on providing accessible technology that focuses on real, everyday scenarios: cooking, resting, managing energy consumption, or enjoying entertainment at home. All of these are coordinated through artificial intelligence, with a strong commitment to interoperability with other systems and assistants available on today’s market.
