Mango, one of the leading global groups in the fashion industry, has announced solid growth for the first half of 2025, with revenues totaling 1.72 billion euros (2.01 billion dollars), which represents an increase of 12% compared to the same period of the previous year (14% at constant exchange rates). These results consolidate the company’s upward trend within an unstable sectoral and geopolitical context, and are the first to be presented following the passing of its founder, Isak Andic, on December 14th, 2024.

In this way, Mango improves upon the growth figures of fiscal year 2024, which closed with revenues of 3.33 billion euros and an increase of 7.6% compared to the previous year.

The online channel has continued its positive trajectory, increasing its revenues and already representing 31% of the company’s total business. This growth further strengthens Mango’s digital capabilities. In order to continue driving this channel, the company has promoted Marlies Hersbach internally as the new Director of Online and Customer.

Key Markets and Commitment to Digital Innovation

Mango’s international business continues to be the primary driver, contributing 78% of total revenues. The top five markets by business volume during this semester have been, in descending order: Spain, France, Turkey, Germany, and the United States.

The company has also taken a significant step forward in its personalization strategy for the online shopping experience with the launch of Mango Stylist. This conversational tool, based on artificial intelligence, allows users to receive product recommendations, discover outfit combinations, and access the latest fashion trends, marking a milestone in the sector. For example, users may inquire about guest outfits for a wedding, summer trends and examples of representative garments, or jackets suitable for light rain. In response, they will receive a brief explanatory text along with a curated selection of appropriate products.

In terms of physical expansion, Mango has maintained a remarkable pace with 78 net openings and 30 store renovations worldwide. This brings the total to 2,925 points of sale in more than 120 markets. Among the most noteworthy openings are new flagship stores in Munich and Barcelona, as well as prominent locations in Dublin, London, and key shopping centers in the United States. The company has also strengthened its presence with the inauguration of the first physical Mango Home store in Barcelona, the first stand-alone Mango Man store in the United Kingdom, and the first Mango Teen store in Portugal.

In terms of corporate governance, the company has taken important steps during a pivotal period. In January, the Board of Directors appointed Toni Ruiz as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the firm, and Jonathan Andic as Vice Chairman of the Board. Additionally, the board has been reinforced with the addition of two new independent directors: Manel Adell, a former executive at multinationals in the sector, and Helena Helmersson, former CEO of H&M Group, both of whom bring valuable experience and a strategic vision for the company’s future after the departure of its founder.

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mango, Toni Ruiz, emphasized that these “positive results for the first half confirm the robustness of our model and strengthen our strategy. We continue to grow with a long-term vision, a differentiated value proposition that has been well received by our customers around the world, and the continuous improvement of our sales channels.” The strength of these results is especially relevant as they occur during a transitional period for the company’s management, which has reinforced its corporate governance with new appointments following the loss of its founder.
