HubSpot has enabled access to its Breeze Customer Agent tool in its Pro and Enterprise plans. This is considered one of the most powerful AI agents within Breeze, HubSpot’s integrated AI solution featuring over 100 functionalities designed to drive business growth, introduced in 2024.
Breeze’s Customer Agent will allow companies to progressively optimize costs and move towards a future in which humans and AI agents work together within hybrid teams.
Shelley Pursell, Senior Marketing Director for HubSpot in Spain and Latin America, explains: “When we first launched the Customer Agent by Breeze, our goal was to help support teams scale their services. That objective was fulfilled, as it succeeded in autonomously resolving over 50% of customer service tickets. However, we then observed something that brought us a great deal of satisfaction: this AI-powered service agent was being utilized for activities beyond post-sales support.”
In turn, Pietro Ripanti, Marketing Director of Nutribees, a HubSpot client company, stated: “We reduced the number of support cases by 77% and improved the conversion rate thanks to the ability to provide service around the clock. It is a key tool for generating revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.”
When it was first launched within Service Hub, HubSpot’s customer service platform, the Breeze Customer Agent’s primary goal was to strengthen support teams. Yet, it quickly demonstrated much broader applications.
Based on this strong performance, the company has enabled it across all Pro and Enterprise subscriptions, across all of its products. With integration into the CRM and powered by the company’s artificial intelligence, the AI-powered customer service agent assists marketing and sales teams in enhancing interactions with their customers.
The Customer Agent is just one component of the Breeze ecosystem, which includes other specialized agents, such as:
This diversity allows companies to build hybrid human-AI teams that collaborate efficiently, supporting every stage from the first customer interaction to after-sales service.
HubSpot is working to help build a future where AI assists workers, easing their workloads and enhancing their productivity. Indeed, according to the report “The Vision of Marketing in 2025”, 9 out of 10 professionals in the sector surveyed in Spain recognize the value of artificial intelligence for improving the automation and efficiency of routine, content, and service-oriented tasks.
The study also reveals that among the AI tools most used by professionals, 38% indicated automated social media publishing, 32% mentioned using AI agents for specific functions, and 25% cited AI tools focused on content personalization at scale.
Additionally, 28% reported that their companies are already selling products or using direct messages on social networks as a customer service channel. This clearly demonstrates that social platforms have become a mainstay of customer relations.
This trend reinforces the need for tools such as Breeze, which integrate artificial intelligence into customer touchpoints, improving both experience and results.
